          Oil and water delivery did not present any seamanship diffuculties.  The towing pennant of manila line proved itself.  The fishing of the ball attached to the leader from aboard the U-boat failed in the prevailing swell. The line was extended with the rubber dinghy.  
          The 8 meter long rubber rafts on board have proven their worth.  The big dinghy 34 was very well suited to transport the 30 x 40 x 60 cm boxes, which are very handy in this size. It is advisable to have several of these inflatable boats on board.
